Scientists from the UK conducted an interesting experiment, in which they found out that smartphones are more dirty than toilet bowls approximately 18 times.
Several smartphones were placed in Petri dishes filled with a medium that is beneficial for the reproduction of microorganisms. In this form, the phones spent three days. Analysis of the results showed that the number of bacteria on smartphones is 18 times higher than the number of the same microorganisms that abundantly "live" on the handles of men's toilets.
These bacteria can cause serious intestinal infections.
