A turkey fillet cooked in a slow cooker will turn out to be much juicier, tastier and healthier. In addition, you will not need to stand at the stove and control the cooking process. The slow cooker will do everything herself and will notify you that the dish is ready.

Turkey fillets are washed, skin is removed from it and films are cut. Then the meat is dried and proceed to cooking.

A turkey in a slow cooker can be baked, stewed or steamed. Fillet marinated or cooked in sauce. Meat can also be prepared with vegetables. In this case, you get a complete dish.

Fillet can be cooked as a whole piece, or cut into pieces.

Turkey goes well with ginger, soy sauce and citrus fruits. Therefore, you can safely add them to the marinade.

Ingredients

390 g turkey fillet;

150 ml of drinking water;

half onion;

50 g of sugar;

120 ml saturated soy sauce;

green onion feathers for serving.

Cooking method

1. We chop the peeled onion in medium-sized slices.

2. Activate the slow cooker in the "baking" mode. Set the time for forty minutes.

3. Put chopped onions into the capacity of the multicooker, pour in soybean concentrate and water. Add sugar, close the lid tightly and simmer the sauce for ten minutes.

4. Wash the turkey meat and dip it with paper towels. Cut the meat into small pieces and send it to the sauce. Fry it, stirring, with the lid open, a couple of minutes.

5. Close the lid of the unit and cook the turkey until the sound signal. We spread the finished meat on a plate and sprinkle it with finely chopped green onions. Serve with boiled rice, vegetables or pasta.

Ingredients

0.5 kg turkey fillet;

vegetable oil;

cream - 150 ml;

dried herbs;

bulb;

salt;

carrot;

black pepper;

200 g of champignons.

Cooking method

1. Thoroughly rinse the turkey meat, dry it with paper towels and cut into small portions.

2. Pour vegetable oil into the capacity of the multicooker and put the chopped meat into it.

Ingredients

kg turkey fillet;

1. Squeeze juice from an orange. Salt it and season with spices. Mix thoroughly.

  • Do not heat the cold fillet, only turkey at room temperature will turn out juicy and soft.
