French meat with minced meat - the basic principles of cooking

Before you start cooking this dish, you must choose the right stuffing. For meat in French, absolutely any minced meat is suitable: chicken, beef, mixed or pork. Of course, you can buy it, but nevertheless, it is better to take home. In the minced meat, add a lot of fat, which will make your dish too fat.

The principle of preparation of this dish with minced meat is practically no different from the traditional method. The same ingredients and sauces are used for it.

In addition to minced meat, you will need potatoes, onions, spices and mayonnaise. Vegetables are peeled, washed well and cut into thin circles. Spices and salt are added to the minced meat. Then mix thoroughly with your hands. At the bottom of a deep form or baking sheet, lay slices of potatoes in an even layer, trying to avoid gaps between them. On top of the potatoes, the minced meat is evenly laid out. Onion rings are laid out on it. Top all greased with mayonnaise and sprinkled with small chips of cheese. French baked meat with minced meat for half an hour at a temperature of 200 C.

The dish can be diversified by preparing meat in French with minced meat, adding vegetables, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes to it.

Recipe 1. French meat with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients

iodized salt;

six potatoes;

3 g ground black pepper;

250 g of fresh champignons;

100 g mayonnaise with lemon juice;

2 onions;

30 ml of vegetable oil;

100 g of Dutch cheese.

Cooking method

1. To free from the husk two onions, rinse them and finely chop.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin circles.

3. Put in a deep form, oiled, circles of potatoes in an even layer. Lightly salt.

4. Add chopped onion to the minced meat. Pepper, salt and knead thoroughly with your hands. Spread it evenly over the potatoes.

5. Peel the mushrooms, wipe them with a damp cloth and cut into plates. Put them on top of the meat in a beautiful, uniform layer. Coat the surface with plenty of mayonnaise.

6. Grind the cheese. Sprinkle with cheese.

7. Put the mold in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 200 C. Serve the dish hot, dividing the spatula into portions.

Recipe 2. French meat with minced meat

Ingredients

3 g of salt;

4 potato tubers;

minced pork and beef - half a kilogram;

1 bunch of greenery;

5 g of spices;

200 g of hard cheese.

Cooking method

1. Peel, wash under the tap, dry and cut into thin slices of potato tubers. Put them in a greased dish and smooth. Lightly salt.

2. Add spices, black pepper and salt to the minced meat. Knead thoroughly with your hands.

3. Wash and chop the onion, peeled from the husk, with thin half rings. Spread the onion evenly over the whole surface of the meat.

4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it with plenty of food. Put the form for forty minutes, warming it to 200 C. Hold the finished dish in the oven for another ten minutes. Remove, cut, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with vegetable salad.

Recipe 3. French meat with minced meat and pineapple

Ingredients

400 g canned or fresh pineapple;

5 g of spices;

500 g mixed minced meat;

250 ml of mayonnaise;

2 small onion heads;

one and a half glasses of grated cheese.

Cooking method

1. Season the minced meat with salt and salt. Stir it until smooth. Place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Smooth the surface with a damp spatula.

2. Drain the canned syrup, remove the pineapple washers, put them on a sieve and leave all the liquid in the glass. If you take a fresh pineapple, peel it and cut across the slices half a centimeter thick.

3. Peel and chop onion rings. Spread the onion evenly over the whole surface of the minced meat. Put pineapple chunks on top. Lubricate the surface of the dish with plenty of mayonnaise and sprinkle with small chips of cheese.

4. Place the pan in the oven for half an hour. Bake the meat in French at 200 C. Serve hot.

Recipe 4. French meat with minced meat, tomatoes and bell peppers

Ingredients

600 g fatty pork;

120 g mayonnaise;

4 pods of bell pepper;

5 g of salt;

1 onion;

2 g ground black pepper;

4 tomatoes;

100 g of Russian cheese.

Cooking method

1. Wash under the tap and towel dry a piece of pork. Cut meat into small pieces and grind into minced meat in a blender or meat grinder. Salt the minced meat, season with meat spices and freshly ground pepper. Knead thoroughly with your hands and spread the minced meat in an even layer in a baking sheet.

2. Wash tomatoes, dry with a napkin and cut into thin circles. Rinse, dry and pepper the stem with the core. Scrub the seeds and cut into rings. Chopped peeled onions in the same way.

3. On the whole surface of the meat, spread the onion rings, lay the bell pepper on top of it. Cover it with mugs of fresh tomatoes.

4. Grind the cheese on the largest segment of the grater.

5. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 C, for 20 minutes.

6. Remove the prepared meat, grease abundantly with mayonnaise and sprinkle with large chips of cheese. Send the baking sheet for a few more minutes in the oven, so that the cheese melts and becomes golden brown. Rinse dill and parsley under a tap, dry and finely chop. Sprinkle with greens the finished dish and serve with fresh vegetables.

Recipe 5. French meat with minced meat and eggplant

Ingredients

300 g of beef fillet;

spices and salt;

300 g fatty pork fillet;

cheese sauce;

1 bunch of green cilantro;

3 eggplants;

bulb;

80 ml of milk;

2 cloves of garlic;

3 tomatoes;

1 egg

Cooking method

1. My eggplant, wipe with a towel and cut into thin, large slices. We shift them into a bowl, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for half an hour.

2. Tomatoes are washed, dried and cut into thin circles.

3. Peel the onion and chop with thin quarter rings. Peeled garlic cloves finely chopped. Rinse a bunch of cilantro, dry and grind.

4. Beef and my pork under running water, cut into small pieces and grind into minced meat in a meat grinder or food processor. Add the spices to the minced meat, salt and mix.

5. We lay eggplants on a colander and rinse well under running water. Wring and dry.

6. Grease a deep heat-resistant form with oil and put half of the eggplant slices into it. We cover them with a dense layer of minced meat and level the surface with a damp spatula. On top of the minced meat, lay out the remaining eggplant. We put tomato slices on them. Sprinkle with chopped onion, garlic and cilantro.

7. In a separate bowl, combine the egg with cheese sauce and milk. Whisk everything well with a whisk. The resulting mixture is poured vegetables with meat. We put the mold in the oven, heated to 200 C per hour. At the end, sprinkle everything with small chips of cheese and put in the oven for another ten minutes.

Recipe 6. French meat with minced meat and feta cheese

Ingredients

2 tomatoes;

500 g pork neck;

50 g of mustard;

500 g of beef tenderloin;

400 g of fresh champignons;

50 g canned pineapple;

spices and salt;

200 g of feta cheese;

2 heads of red onions;

100 g of 15% sour cream.

Cooking method

1. Take the beef and pork fillet, rinse the meat well, dry it with a napkin and cut into medium sized pieces. Add spices to the mixed minced meat and salt it. Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands.

2. We clean the champignons and wipe them with a damp cloth. Cut the mushrooms into thin plates and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

3. Tomatoes and peeled onions cut into rings.

4. Now make the sauce. In a deep bowl, knead the feta cheese with your hands, gradually adding liquid sour cream to it. Bring the mixture to the consistency of homemade sour cream. Season the sauce with spices and mix until smooth.

5. In a heat-resistant, deep form, lay out the ingredients in layers in the following order:

- half onion rings;

- minced mixed meat;

- fried mushrooms;

- the remaining onion rings;

- mugs of tomatoes;

- pieces of canned pineapple.

Lightly coat all layers with sauce. Pour the dish with feta cheese sauce and sprinkle with finely grated cheese. Each layer is slightly salted.

6. Put the meat in French in the oven for half an hour. Bake the dish over medium heat. Serve with garnish and red wine.

  • Use homemade minced meat to prepare the meal. You can make it from beef, pork or chicken.

  • Mayonnaise is better to replace with sauce prepared on the basis of sour cream or cream. Bechamel sauce is perfect.

  • To form a delicious crust on the surface of the dish, be sure to sprinkle it with grated hard cheese.

  • Take only fleshy and dense tomatoes so that they do not flow during cooking.
