Ingredients for making soup with beans:

  • Water - 2 liters.
  • Meat - 0.5 kg.
  • Dark red beans - 200 gr.
  • Potato tubers - 3 pcs.

  • Dill greens - 1 bunch

If you are going to cook soup with beans for dinner, we begin preparing for this process the night before.

Wash dark red small beans and pour them into any container.

Fill with water in this ratio: one part of the beans and two parts of water.

After some time, the beans will shrivel and begin to absorb water. It will need to pour and leave the beans to swell until morning.

In the water the beans must stay at least twelve hours. Then it must be cooked over low heat in the same ratio with water as it was soaked. Boil will have at least an hour. During the cooking process, it is desirable to add salt.

Cooked beans need to fold in a colander and pour cold water. This will not give her the opportunity to boil soft soup.
