Making a real Easter cake at home is not so difficult. You just need to load products in a bucket of bread in a certain order, wait a few hours and, as a result, you will receive a magnificent fragrant Easter cake.

So, let's try to make yeast cake with raisins in a bread machine.

Cooking time: total - 2 h 55 min .; baking - 1 h 05 min.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • premium wheat flour - 450 g
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 6 tbsp. l (no slide)
  • butter - 150 g
  • 3.2% fat milk - 100 ml
  • finely ground salt - 1.5 tsp. (no slide)
  • confectionery vanillin - 1.5 g
  • dry fast-baking yeast - 3 tsp. (no slide)
  • small raisins - 100 g

For glaze and decoration:

  • icing sugar - 100 g
  • water - 1.5 tbsp. l
  • lemon - a quarter
  • food colors yellow and pink - ¼ tsp.
  • sprinkle confectionery.

Step by step recipe with photo:

Using a mixer or whisk, beat the eggs with sugar until you get a light yellow lush mass.

Put butter in a bowl. Then place the container in the microwave until the oil has completely melted. You can also dissolve the oil in a water bath.

Sort the raisins, rinse and soak in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, and lay the berries on a paper towel to dry.

Pour the milk into a bucket of a breadmaker, add the egg-sugar mixture to it, add the cooled butter, salt, pour vanilla after the salt.

Then carefully add the pre-sifted flour.

In a hill of flour, make a small hole with a spoon and pour yeast into it. It is very important: make sure that before kneading the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid, otherwise our cake will turn out to be insufficiently magnificent.

Place the bucket in the working chamber of the breadmaker. Close the cover. To start the program, press the "Menu" button. Select the program "Baking". Set the baking weight - 900 g. Choose a crust color - medium or light (in this recipe - medium). After that, use the "Start" button to start the dough kneading process.

During the kneading test you will hear 10 beeps. Open the lid and put raisins in a bucket.

While baking Easter cake with raisins, bake, prepare sugar icing. To do this, pour powdered sugar with a bowl and pour water. Whisk with a whisk or mixer. Squeeze 2 teaspoons of the juice from the lemon. Add the juice to the bowl and whisk again.

Divide the icing in half. Add food coloring to each serving. Thoroughly mix and tighten containers with glaze with cling film, as the glaze dries out quite quickly.

Remove the finished cake from the bucket, not forgetting to remove the paddle from the muffin to knead the dough.

Allow the baking to cool. Pour it with icing and decorate with a sprinkle.

Easter cake is ready! Cut it into portions and treat dear guests.
