However, let's talk about microwave ovens and their effects on the body and human health. This is probably the most common household appliance, which is most often found in the kitchen of every housewife. The essence of microwave action is the same, they differ only in a set of functions. Often, they do not stop and do not save from buying a microwave oven even a warning in the media about the dangers of this device. Meanwhile, the radiation emanating from the microwave is very dangerous for the human body, and its use in everyday life threatens with serious diseases, the outcome of which is difficult to predict even for doctors. However, all this is just talk, and yet a person needs evidence.

So, what exactly is the harm of the microwave?

First of all, we are talking about super-frequency radiation, which appears at the moment when you turn on the microwave. It should be noted that a similar type of radiation is also used in air defense devices. Probably, this fact should make you think.

Consider the principle by which food is heated in the microwave. When the device turns on, microwaves are formed, which in turn create a magnetic field of the device. What did the results show? The first thing that struck scientists was that hemoglobin readings significantly decreased in the blood of people from the first group. And the second unpleasant moment is a significant increase in cholesterol.

What follows from this? And it follows that the energy of the microwave oven with which products are heated does not disappear. Its food accumulates and transfers to the human body. And this energy can cause irreversible harm while inside a person.

Also, scientists have proved that carcinogens can be found in all products processed in the microwave. Examples were meat and dairy products.

As for root crops, the amount of useful substances in them after processing in the microwave decreases by 90%.

Are there ways to reduce the harm of a microwave?

- it is necessary to completely exclude cooking for children. In addition, if you can not do without a microwave, then during the cooking process, children should not be present in the kitchen so as not to be exposed to harmful radiation.

- before feeding the baby mixture heated in the microwave, try the temperature of the product. After all, the dishes heat up a little longer than its contents, because of this, the child may have a burn from too hot food.

- Do not touch the door of the microwave with wet hands. Remember that it is water molecules that first of all begin to take part in heating.
