Ingredients:

River fish caviar - 250-300 g

Salt, pepper - a pinch

Egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil for frying.

Recipe:

Gently rinse caviar and remove the film. Salt and add black ground pepper to taste.

Mix the ingredients.
