But you can take another filling - chocolate, condensed milk, sugar with cinnamon.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 400 g;

Flour - 2-3 glasses;

Baking powder - 1.5 tsp;

Butter - 150 g;

Sugar - 1/2 cup;

Jam - 100 g.

Recipe:

First, let’s explain why the ingredients are such an inaccurate amount of flour. It all depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese. If it is medium or dry then flour will need 2 cups. If the cottage cheese is wet, then it may be necessary for kneading and three glasses. Therefore, count on 3 cups, and how much will the dough take will figure it out along the way.
