If you don’t know how to cook, just study, or, in principle, don’t really like it, but you need to cook something quickly and effectively on the table, pay attention to the liver cake.

Such a liver cake stuffed with onions and carrots is very simple to prepare. And it looks like a culinary masterpiece. At the same time, you can decorate it as your heart desires - greens, egg and protein. In the latter case, you will not be ashamed to put the cake on the festive table.

So, prepare a liver cake from any kind of liver. But, probably, chicken and pork are the most common. Chicken liver has a delicate taste. But pork has a sharper taste, so it is best to pre-soak it in milk. But this is optional.

Ingredients:

Pork liver - 500 g;

Milk - 1 tbsp .;

Egg - 3 pcs.;

Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Onion - 2 pcs.;

Carrots - 1 large;

Mayonnaise - 200 g.

Recipe:

Wash the liver and remove the film. Cut the liver into pieces and pass through a meat grinder or grind with an immersion blender.

Add milk and egg. Mix well. The dough is thick. The liver sets well, so the flour no longer needs to be laid.

Heat the pan well and fry the liver pancakes. Use a ladle to pour the dough into the pan, like pancakes. Pancakes get thicker. We are waiting for the pancake to catch. After we turn it over to the other side. In time, this is somewhere around 5 crumpled for each pancake.

Finely chop the onion, and three carrots on a coarse grater. We need vegetables to smear liver pancakes.

Stir onions and carrots. Then mix them together and add salt.

Putting the cake together. Put the first liver pancake on the dish, grease it with mayonnaise. On top of mayonnaise, spread the passivated vegetables.

Cover with another pancake and repeat the layers. Thus, we smear all the cakes.

The last layer is mayonnaise. You can decorate with green onions.

Give the cake a couple of hours to soak, although you can serve immediately, but after a couple of hours it will be much tastier.
