Grilled ribs - general cooking principles

The grill can be different, but the principle of preparation of ribs does not differ much. The product is cut, pickled in sauce, spices, if time is short, you can just rub the pieces with seasonings. Then they simply lay it on the grill, bring to readiness from two sides.

Grilled pork or lamb ribs are usually cooked on the grill; they have enough layers, are tender, and are great for baking. Grilled ribs in honey mustard marinade

This marinade is enough to cook 1.5 kg of grilled ribs. Honey can not be replaced with sugar or any other ingredient, it is an obligatory component, like mustard. Other seasonings can be replaced or quantity controlled.

• mustard 30 g;

• ribs 1.5 kg;

• 1 large pomegranate or 2 small;

Cooking
