• 4 rump steaks;

• 500 g of meat;

• 100 g flour;

• 10 g of mustard;

• 1 tsp mayonnaise;

• 30 g of milk;

• salt pepper.

Cooking

1. Cut the meat into pieces, 2 cm thick.

2. Cover with foil, beat off one side first, then turn the beef over and tap the second side. The thickness of the meat should not be less than one centimeter.

3. Combine mustard, spices, mayonnaise, grind until smooth and grate the pieces of beef. If you have time, you can marinate a little.
