Wafer cake with condensed milk - the basic principles of preparation

This dessert is prepared from wafer sheets, which are layered with different fillings. The cake can also be made from homemade waffles.

It will take several minutes to prepare the dish, but it needs two to three hours for it to saturate properly.

Cream for the cake is suitable for anyone. It can be creamy, curd, sour cream, etc. But the best thing for this is the filling on condensed milk. Various dried fruits, nuts, berries or fruits are added to it.

To prevent the filling from becoming sugary-sweet, you can add sweet and sour jam or lemon juice to it.

Condensed milk is used regular and boiled. It is used as an independent filler, or mixed with cream, soft cottage cheese and sour cream.

If you don’t have much time for impregnation, this process can be accelerated by putting the finished cake for five minutes in the oven, heated to 130 C. But if you used protein or oil cream, this should not be done.

The cake is decorated with chocolate icing, coconut, jam, chopped nuts, berries or pieces of fruit.

Recipe 1. Classic wafer cake with condensed milk

Ingredients

eight sheets of waffles;

half a pack of butter;

boiled condensed milk - a jar;

100 g hazelnuts;

two vanilla puff waffles.

1. We leave the oil at room temperature to make it soft. Combine the butter with condensed milk and beat until a smooth smooth mass is obtained.

2. Break the vanilla wafers into pieces, put them in a plate and grind into large crumbs. Grind hazelnuts. Combine the waffle chips with hazelnuts and mix.

3. Wafer cakes grease the resulting cream. Lubricate the top of the cake and sides and sprinkle with a mixture of wafer crumbs and hazelnuts. Leave the cake to soak for four hours.

Recipe 2. A simple waffle cake with condensed milk and icing

Ingredients

seven waffle cakes;

50 g of cocoa powder;

sour cream - half a glass;

can of boiled condensed milk;

sugar - half a glass;

300 g butter;

vanilla.

Cooking method

1. Combine the condensed milk with soft butter and beat, adding vanillin. A homogeneous smooth mass should be obtained.

2. Put the wafer cake on the table surface. Lubricate its surface with cream and cover with the following cake. Press lightly. In this sequence, we collect the cake to the end.

100 g of prunes;

a glass of oily sour cream.

Cooking method

1. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream with eggs and butter. Whisk everything until smooth. Gradually introduce flour and vanilla. Add baking powder at the end. Beat until you get a thick smooth dough, the consistency of homemade sour cream.

2. Lubricate the waffle iron with oil and heat it on the burner. Pour a little dough into it and bake three batches of waffles. Cool.

3. Sort and rinse the prunes. Cut dried fruit into strips. Put in an iron bowl, add honey, boil gently and beat in a blender in mashed potatoes.

4. Combine the condensed milk with fat sour cream and prune puree. Beat everything until smooth.

3. You can decorate the cake with strawberries. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for impregnation. After a few hours, cut the cake into slices and serve with drinks.

1. Combine milk with sour cream, eggs, sugar, and beat until frothy. Gradually sift flour and vanillin into the mixture. Knead a thick dough that will drain from a spoon. Add baking powder at the end.

2. We bake cakes in a waffle iron. Cool them.

3. Take a small piece of butter and beat well, adding some condensed milk to it.

4. Combine the cottage cheese with the remaining butter and condensed milk. Add flavoring, honey and cream liqueur. Beat the cream until smooth. In the finished cream, add yellow raisins, previously steaming it, and finely chopped nuts.

30 g of granulated sugar;

a can of boiled condensed milk;

30 g of cocoa powder;

a quarter packet of butter;

three bananas.

1. Remove the peel from the bananas and cut them into circles of equal height.

2. Remove the peel from the banana. Cut the fruit into thin circles. We clean the orange from the skin and the white film. We disassemble it into segments. Finely chop walnuts.

3. Put a wafer sheet on the dish, grease it with condensed milk cream. We cover with a second sheet, we also lubricate it with cream and spread the circles of banana. 150 g of 30% cream;

50 g of chocolate;

100 g of condensed milk;

1. Pour the cream into the mixer bowl, add the powdered sugar and beat in a dense foam. Pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream and whisk for some more time.

Cream for the cake should not be too liquid so that the cakes are not soaked, namely saturated.

If you use butter cream, leave the cake to soak at room temperature.
