The flower is distinguished by originality due to the voluminous twisted edge of the petals and the simplicity of manufacture - you do not need to cut a lot of details to put them together later. For crafts, you need red and green corrugated paper, tape tape.
Step 1. Prepare a tape of 5-7 cm wide and 45-47 cm long from red corrugated paper.
Step 2. Twist the cord along the top edge. Take the strip in your hands, bend the upper right corner towards you, put your thumb in the lower part of the resulting triangle. With the other hand, grab the top of the strip and cover the nail with paper, as if tossing it on top. We put the index finger of the right hand on the big one, and with the left hand we hold the thrown layer of paper. We make a movement with our right hand from ourselves, as if wrapping a candy. We rearrange the thumb on the resulting loop, again close it with paper and rotate. So repeat to the very end of the tape.
Step 3. Grasp the left side of the strip and start twisting it with a roll. It is better to make small folds of raw paper from the bottom when folding, so the upper part of the flower will turn out to be more voluminous.
Step 4. We fix the paper, wrapping it with a thread and tying the ends. The petals can be slightly opened to make the rose appear more natural.
Step 5. Insert the skewer and wrap the bottom of the tape with tape or pre-smeared with a strip of green paper. Petals are made of it, if desired: a blank in the form of a fence is cut out, and then the lower part of the flower is wrapped with it.
How to make a rose from corrugated paper: option 2
The next craft is an English rose with candy inside. A bouquet of several such flowers of various sizes, placed in a wicker basket, will surely please your friends or acquaintances if you present it as a gift at some holiday.
To make an English rose, you will need white or pink corrugated paper, wire, thread, glue, green paper and tape.
Step 1. First, prepare from pink paper 7 identical sheets measuring 9 × 6 cm.
Step 2. Take one of the small leaves and fold in half. Holding it by the fold, cut a piece of paper from the bottom and top with scissors. As a result, you should get a detail that looks like a petal.
Step 3. Take a candy (it is best to take a round, similar to dragee), place it in the left half of the workpiece and wrap. Use the wire to fix the paper from the bottom (the wire can be replaced with thread, but then you need a skewer for the stem).
Step 4. Now we have 6 more leaves left. Each of them must be folded with an accordion so that 3 equal parts are obtained. Scissors cut the folds. So do with each of the 6 blanks. After that, cut out the rose petals: make the top of the rectangles rounded and the bottom narrow.
Step 5. Each of the petals is slightly stretched in the middle: place your thumb and forefinger in the center of the paper and slightly stretch it to the sides. Twist the narrow part of the workpiece (the movement is similar to when the candy is wrapped).
Step 6. When all the petals are ready, you can begin to assemble the flower. Sequentially apply paper to each other, having previously greased its lower part with glue. Petals should be located tightly to each other, and the candy is slightly visible in the middle. At the end, the bottom of the flower is wrapped with thread for reliability.
Step 7. From the green corrugated paper, cut out leaves of arbitrary shape and size, fix them on the stem (wire) with a thread, and then mask it all with tape.
How to make a rose from corrugated paper: option 3
If you want to decorate the interior, then you will surely like a bouquet of bright and lush roses made of corrugated paper. You can take the material of the same color and make flowers of different sizes or make multi-colored roses. So, you will need corrugated paper, threads or flexible wire, pen, glue (optional), tape.
Step 1. Cut out strips of different sizes from corrugated paper - a total of 12 (4 pieces of each size). The length of all should be 7-8 cm, and the width of 2, 3 and 4 cm.
Step 2. Gather the rectangles of the same size in a stack and round the top, and lower the part from the bottom. Slightly curl the paper from the bottom. Stretch the petals in the middle with your thumb and forefinger. So do with all the blanks.
Step 3. Take a pencil and bend the top of the petals. As a result, you should get a semblance of a boat, so the petals will look more realistic in the flower.
Step 4. Collect the rose, starting with the smallest-sized blanks. Apply paper sheets so that the edges of the previous petal are closed. Continue this way until you have finished all the petals you have prepared. At this point, you can use glue if you are afraid that the flower will fall apart while you collect it.
Step 5. Fix the craft from the bottom: tie the edges of the paper with wire or thread, twist the stalk or insert a skewer.
Step 6. Hide the bottom of the craft by wrapping it with tape (you can take a strip of green corrugated paper and glue instead). If you plan to use the flower so that the stem will not be visible, then the leaves are optional.
